(In case it’s not clear, this isn’t an online form – it’s a paper form. Print it out, write on it, put it in an envelope with a check, and send it to us by snail mail. We tried to do online registration, but the payment part was too much of a hassle. Sorry!)

All that’s really required is a good name and address so we can send you your ribbons and additional info on the dance. We do not plan to telephone ANYBODY – it’s just so we have a backup way to reach you if the name/address fails somehow.

YOUR PHONE AND EMAIL WILL ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, NOT BE GIVEN TO ANYONE OR ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION. PERIOD.

We may send one or two emails with additional or new information. They will contain ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except info about the dance.
